we're planning on moving out of our unit in early march as we've just bought our first house. we need someone to take over our lease which ends in mid april with then the possibility to renew it themselves.
its a 2 bedroom unit; its part of a large house that has been converted and split into 5 units. it had been renovated just prior to us moving in 3 and a half years ago with fresh carpets, tiles and kitchen.
quite a large main bedroom and a smaller 2nd bedroom. no built ins however you can have a large silky oak wardrobe which i bought for $150.
kitchen is on the smaller size but has gas cooker. seperate toilet and bathroom.

we have loved living here all this time.
we will be moving out in about a month from now and need someone to take on the lease with the real estate.

before finding this unit i spent ages looking for a 2 bedroom unit, all others were really old, worn and kind of depressing. we have loved this place. GREAT location and quiet neighbours.
