I purchased this brand new and it has never been used - my laptop broke and my new laptop didn't fit the bag properly. It is big enough to fit a 16" laptop (or smaller, of course), a few textbooks (depending on their width), and a laptop charger.
I paid $250.00 for the bag, so am looking to sell for $200.00, though please email me if you are interested - the price is negotiable, as it is just sitting here and I have no use for it.
