My boyfriend and I are looking for a flatmate who is tidy and pays the bills on time! We have a single room available with it's own bathroom but not as an en suite. There is room for a queen-sized bed and desk. The room is unfurnished and has a built in wardrobe. The flatmate will have to sign and fill out a tenancy application for the real estate agent so they can approve you. We do not require you to be on the lease, only as an approved tenant.
We have a a three-leveled unit with a garage on the bottom floor. It is free at the moment for anyone looking for a safe, secure parking spot and there is also parking available in the complex. The unit is close to train and bus as well as Fairfield Gardens which has a Coles, post office, petrol station, BWS, bulking billing GP and a pharmacy. Wi-fi is available. There are also many peaceful parks around the area. We usually jog and play in them.
We moved to Brisbane last year and are sociable males in our early 20's. We like video games and are standard nerds. We aren't smokers, we do drink but not too often. The ideal roommate would be someone who wouldn't mind guys playing video games, pays the bills, is tidy, respectful of our property and has employment or suitable income. We don't smoke and do not want a smoker. We'd prefer some close to our age.
