The townhouse has three bedrooms and you will be renting one of these, as well as have full access to the lock up garage in the property. As the master bedroom has its own ensuite, you'll be sharing the bathroom with just one other. As to the photos, I have repurposed the garage as a study to better suit my needs.
You'll be sharing the house with two clean, easygoing & friendly mid 20's 9-5 city workers, both males. House is fully furnished but the room and garage will come without furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and there is a washing machine and dryer as well as an outside clothesline in the courtyard. The bathroom has a shower/bath combination and is quite spacious. Smokers are welcome to smoke in the back courtyard or the upstairs balcony. No pets, sorry.
We are looking for someone who is friendly and easygoing. The lease expires at the end of January 2015, with a view to resign. Rent is $160 per week + electricity split three ways, and internet is $24/month. Bond is $660.
