The house is within walking distance to UQ and only 10 min to the city via bus (196), very close to Dutton park station. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, there is also off street parking if needed and is 2 min drive to Coles.
The room is $130 per week, bills not included and there is bond of $466 to be paid in advance.
We are looking for someone who is:
- friendly
- working/ studying
- interested in having a beverage or two/ a meal with the other housemates
- Clean and willing to clean the house with other housemates
- Open minded and thoughtful of others
Also, you will be sharing the house with a cute cavalier called Arya.
