I'm a friendly 25 year old female that's looking for an easy-going female housemate.
Located in Annerley, the apartment is fully furnished, well presented and lovely to live in! Your room has a 3-door built-in wardrobe, and you have a garage to park your car in.
Downstairs - loungeroom, dining room, kitchen, toilet, laundry
Upstairs - bedrooms, bathroom, toilet
If you have extra things you would like to contribute to the house, we can definitely make it work, if not, I already have everything! Just around the corner from the supermarket (Coles & Woolworths), a milk bar (with amazing fish and chips!) and shops in walking distance. So close to everything.. 10 min drive into the city, universities, hospital, cafes, restaurants.
The only other bills will be going halves in the electricity.
I don't smoke, but if you do I wouldn't mind if you smoke outside.
